Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions govern the CHX Products Customer Satisfaction Survey Cornish Gin Prize Draw 2026 (the “Competition”). By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions in full.
Promoter
The Competition is promoted by CHX Products Ltd, Cornwall.
Eligibility
The Competition is open to customers of CHX Products Ltd aged 18 and over who are based in the United Kingdom.
The Competition is open to trade customers only. Employees of CHX Products Ltd and their immediate families are excluded from entry.
Entry
Entry is via completion of the CHX Products Customer Satisfaction Survey during the entry period. Entering the prize draw is optional and separate from completion of the survey itself.
One entry per person. Multiple entries from the same individual will be disqualified.
The survey and prize draw entry period opens on 2nd March 2026 and closes on 31st May 2026. Entries submitted outside of this time will not be eligible.
Incomplete survey submissions may be disqualified. Incomplete or inaccurate contact details provided in the prize draw entry section may result in disqualification from the Competition. Proof of eligibility may be required.
The Prize
One bottle of Cornish Gin. The prize has no monetary or exchange value. No cash alternative or substitute of equivalent value will be offered. The prize cannot be transferred or exchanged for money or any alternative.
The prize contains alcohol. As this Competition is open to trade customers only and delivery is to a nominated business address, the prize is intended for receipt by a person aged 18 or over. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure the prize is received by a person of legal age.
Gifts may vary slightly from those described or pictured. Any stated retail value is approximate and may fluctuate.
The Draw
The winner will be selected by independent randomised online draw from all qualifying entries received at the close of the Competition. A link to the draw tool used will be made available on request.
The draw will take place within 30 days of the Competition closing date of 31 May 2026.
Winner Notification and Prize Delivery
The winner will be contacted by email using the contact details provided at the time of entry. The prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification by providing a valid UK mainland business delivery address. If the prize is unclaimed within this period, or if the address provided does not meet the requirements below, CHX Products Ltd reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
The prize will be dispatched within 30 days of receipt of a valid delivery address from the winner. Delivery will be made to one nominated UK mainland business address only. The prize will not be dispatched to residential or personal addresses.
CHX Products Ltd will only post to full and complete UK mainland business addresses. CHX Products Ltd does not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit. In the case of damage or non-delivery, no replacement will be offered.
Data and Privacy
Prize draw entry details will be used solely for the purpose of administering the draw and fulfilling prize delivery. They will not be used to identify or associate any individual’s survey responses with them personally unless they have selected willingness to be contacted about their survey responses.
By entering the Competition, participants agree to their entry details being used for the purpose of administration as set out above.
General Conditions
This Competition cannot be combined with any other CHX Products promotion or offer.
CHX Products Ltd reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or substitute this Competition at any time and at its sole discretion, without prior notice. Where a substitute prize is provided, CHX Products Ltd cannot guarantee it will be of similar or equivalent value.
CHX Products Ltd reserves the right to disqualify any entry that does not meet these terms and conditions, and to refuse participation if eligibility requirements are not satisfied.

Legal
CHX Products Ltd’s decision on all matters relating to this Competition is final and binding.
Disputes will be resolved in accordance with UK law.
These terms and conditions may be updated without notice.
